How is Attriqs different from Google Analytics or ad platform reporting?
Google Analytics and ad platforms report on their own data in isolation, and often in their own favour. Attriqs provides independent, platform-agnostic attribution using first-party tracking that works across all browsers. It stitches user identities across sessions, runs six different attribution models side-by-side, and connects offline conversions like phone calls and chat to your marketing channels.

What are the six attribution models?
Attriqs runs Last Touch, First Touch, Linear, Time Decay, Position Based, and Full Path attribution models. You can compare all six side-by-side to see how credit shifts between channels under each approach, helping you understand which channels start journeys, which close them, and which contribute along the way.
What is marketing mix modeling (MMM)?
Marketing mix modeling analyses the relationship between your marketing spend and revenue to determine each channel's true impact. Attriqs offers three modeling approaches (Bayesian, Ridge, and a proprietary Ensemble method) with response curves showing diminishing returns and 13-week revenue forecasts.
How does call tracking work?
Attriqs uses dynamic number insertion (DNI) to automatically replace phone numbers on your website based on the visitor's traffic source. When someone calls, the system attributes that call to the campaign that brought them to your site. Calls can be tracked as conversions and fed directly into your attribution models.
What is MosAIc™?
MosAIc is the AI-powered conversational assistant built into Attriqs. You can ask questions about your attribution data in plain language, like "which channel had the best ROAS last month?", and get instant, data-backed answers. MosAIc also provides automated insights, anomaly detection, and plain-language interpretation of model results.
What platforms does Attriqs integrate with?
Attriqs integrates with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, and Google Search Console. It supports automatic spend synchronisation, revenue import, channel mapping, and budget push from the MMM optimizer. Additional integrations including Amazon Ads, CRM platforms, and more e-commerce connectors are coming soon.
Does Attriqs track chat conversations?
Yes. Attriqs auto-detects and attributes chat conversations from 8+ platforms including Intercom, Drift, HubSpot, Zendesk, Crisp, Tawk.to, Tidio, and LiveChat. No manual integration is required; the tracker detects these platforms automatically.

What are the different ways to get Attriqs?
There are three engagement models. Self-Serve: you set up and manage the platform yourself. Managed Service: the EncubIQ team handles deployment, calibration, and ongoing optimization for you. Agency Certification: for marketing agencies who want to offer independent attribution to their clients as a certified partner.
How long does setup take?
Setup involves adding a lightweight tracking snippet to your website and connecting your ad platforms. The exact timeline depends on your setup complexity, but most configurations are straightforward. For managed service clients, the EncubIQ team handles the entire setup process.

For Agencies
How does agency certification work?
Agencies partner with Attriqs through a licensing agreement, complete platform training, and earn Attriqs Certified Partner status. Certified agencies receive a verified badge with a unique public verification page that clients can check independently, plus a listing in the partner directory.
Can agencies offer Attriqs as a service to their clients?
Yes. As a certified partner, you can offer independent attribution as a value-added service to your clients. Each client gets their own isolated workspace with attribution tools, and you manage everything through the agency partner dashboard.
What is the agency verification badge?
Every certified agency receives a secure, embeddable badge linked to a public verification page hosted by Attriqs. The badge carries a unique verification ID that cannot be faked or impersonated. If certification expires or is revoked, the verification page reflects this immediately.
Privacy & Data
How does Attriqs handle data privacy?
Attriqs uses first-party tracking only, with no third-party cookies or external tracking networks. Personal identifiers are hashed at the point of capture. Every client workspace is isolated, with no data crossover between tenants. The platform includes tools for data export, account deletion, and cookie consent tracking.
Is Attriqs GDPR compliant?
Attriqs is designed with GDPR and CCPA compliance in mind. It includes cookie consent tracking, right to deletion, data export capabilities, and PII hashing at capture. See our Data Processing Agreement for full details on how we handle data.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can export everything via CSV. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from all systems.
