What is the difference between Self-Serve and Managed?
Self-Serve gives you the full platform to set up and run independently. Managed includes everything in Self-Serve plus hands-on setup, calibration, and ongoing optimization by the EncubIQ consulting team.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Self-Serve to Managed at any time. If you are an agency, contact us about transitioning your account.
Who pays in the agency model?
The agency pays Attriqs directly. End clients do not pay Attriqs. Agencies receive a client seat allocation and manage their own clients through the partner dashboard.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can export all data via CSV before your account is deactivated.
Do I need a credit card to start a trial?
No. You can start a free trial without a credit card. No sales call required for Self-Serve.
Do agencies get all the same features as direct clients?
Yes. Every agency client workspace has the full feature set: all six attribution models, MMM, call tracking, chat attribution, UTM manager, AI insights, and more. Agencies get additional portfolio-level analytics and benchmarking on top.
